Order Cancellations:

Orders may be canceled within 10 hours of placement. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

To request a cancellation, contact us at contact@bwcshop.online as soon as possible.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or videos showing the problem

Upon verification, we may offer:

  • A replacement item, or full refund.

We reserve the right to request additional information before approving any claim.

lost Packages:

If your package is confirmed lost in transit by the shipping carrier, we will provide either:

  • A replacement shipment, or full refund.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are generally considered delivered. However, we will review claims on a case-by-case basis.

Returns:

Due to the nature of our fulfillment process, we do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Orders placed with an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Returns may only be accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items that have been approved by our support team.

Do not send items back without prior authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delays caused by customs clearance
  • Shipping delays beyond our control
  • Incorrect addresses entered during checkout
  • Refusal to accept delivery
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance caused by screen settings or manufacturing tolerances

Refund Processing:

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes:

If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

We reserve the right to provide order records, shipment tracking information, delivery confirmations, customer communications, and other relevant evidence in response to any payment dispute.
